Recent updates
January 2016 - Gene Endrody, the developer of Sherwood Dungeon, starts working for Hothead Games, a mobile game development company. As of 2017, Sherwood has received no updates, as Gene's time is limited. 2nd January 2016 - Sherwood 3.003 is up. This contains many bug fixes from the initial release. 21st December 2015 - The web version of Sherwood 3 is now online. This version has a new UI that will transition to mobile for future iOS and Android releases. 5th March 2015 - Sherwood Mobile was announced 14th December 2014 - Wings were added to the pet menu. 19th May 2014 - Real time trading has been added on an update. 9th April 2014 - Weapons, shields, rings and amulets can now be sent as gifts to other players on the friends list via Facebook. 31st March 2014 - A new armour colour has been added to all the playable classes. 28th December 2013 - Music as well as ambient sounds are added, along with a new "Options" menu. The Flash version now has the option to turn on Bloom. (News archive)
